PS5 LAN not working after storm

Hi everyone. I have a PS5 that doesn’t recognize the LAN cable after a storm. the console initially did not turn on. changed panasonic hdmi chip and now it works fine. I also wanted to restore the LAN port.
I have already changed the resistors, the gst5009s module. now I have a short in the circled capacitor. removing the capacitor the short remains. Does anyone have any advice or ideas on where this line goes?

This line goes direct to the southbridge.

Apart from looking at the inside parts, make sure to check the LAN port and any plugs connected to it for any breaks or dirt that might be causing problems or blocking the connection. Also, a short circuit means that not just the parts you can see (like capacitors or resistors) might be broken. Other tiny parts inside, like ICs or other small pieces, could be damaged on the inside where you can't see, leading to issues.
