Hacking The difference in between GBA cart dumps and Wii U VC dumps

Hi there. I was just wondering if, besides the games which have been obviously modified (Super Mario Advance 4, Mega Man Battle Network 3, etc.), if there is any difference in between the games dumped from the GBA carts themselves and the Virtual Console titles on the Wii U.

Other than what you already mentioned I don't think so. You could compare ROM dums and VC dumps to make sure (md5sum should be good enough).

//EDIT: I also just remembered that I exchanged the ROMs of some VC injects with card dumps (cause many VC injects use the US rom in EUR region, for example, or to add some mod). That was with N64 VCs through.

Still 95% of the infos (esp: Compare it for yourself) applies to GBA dumps, too.
