In anticipation of the game's launch later this month, THQ Nordic released a new choose-your-adventure styled "interactive" trailer for the remake of Destroy All Humans!

If you aren't familiar with the game first released in 2005, it puts you in control of the evil alien Crypto-137 to harvest DNA and bring down the US government. This open world shooter gives a twist to the alien genre with humor at its core and allows you to dominate the human race with over-the-top alien weaponry and psychic abilities.

Gameplay features include:

• Use your Abducto Beam to throw tanks around!
• Use your psychokinesis powers to crush a farmer under his own cow!
• Discover which seemingly prude ’50s housewife secretly has the hots for her hairdresser!
• Slowly batter a human to death with his own hat!
• Light up the night by zapping your enemies with Teslatastic electricity!

Destroy All Humans! will be available for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on July 28th, 2020. PC gamers can already try out the free demo on Steam and GOG.

I honestly had no idea this remake even existed!I did play the PS2 titles alot so might pick this up if it's good.

YES! Timesplitters series remasters would be amazing! Maybe with an option to change aiming to a more modern feeling. They didn't get enough love back in the day.

Not to mention the great multiplayer. It would be amazing to play online on PC or even Switch.

PS: Timesplitters 2 runs a solid 60fps on L4T Ubuntu (Switch) + Ishiirka fork of Dolphin. If using joycons you need to lower right stick radius in controller settings to have a chance at aiming properly.

New costumes and gameplay elements from the sequels to destroy all humans which make a difference gameplay wise so it's not the same exact game despite what some people think.
