There is no homebrew (outside of DSi/SD card) that can boot DS games.

Just use the regular flashcard kernel/firmware to play DS games.

İ have a very very bad bug :
İ launched the legend of zelda nes via the TWiLight Menu ++
If I press the power button , for restart , and the console crashes ( need to remove to switch off )
The emulator crashes only if i press for restart , not for switch off.

Any fix ?

You need to use Sono's patcher. But the update that adds Widescreen support has not been released yet.

Launching my flashcart through the latest version of twlmenu++ causes sound to not work, but when I launch the flashcart directly sound works fine. Is this a known bug?

What sound frequency are you using?
If it's 32khz, try switching to 48khz.
