Like wich ? Everything was clearly explained in previous games and Union xThe story was awesome, and some scenes were really spectacular, the only "problem" is that it was all rushed in the last part and many character didn't get enough space. Also, there are some big holes in the time-travel concept, but everything is possible in that universe, so...
actually all those game people keep calling side games and spin offs were the main games since it all progressed the same story and you had to play them 2 even know the entire storyI am not a KH fan at all but I heard this one was kinda riding on hype. The mainline of the series got buried in side games and spin offs. When they finally got a KH3, the magic of the first 2 was kinda spent. But I have no first hand experience, so take my comment with a grain of salt.
yeah with that i can agree. There really wasn't a purpose for him visitting those worlds while in previous games there was always a reasonI think the issue in KH3 is that Sora pretty much turned into an errand boy to every world he visits. "Hey my name is Sora! do you need help wiping your a$$?"
Unlike KH1-KH2 he had a purpose to explore worlds aligning the story as you progressed.
When a nobody and his heartless gets defeated they become a whole person again so they were back humans but choose to go back to the organisation.Something I didn't understand: Where are the old organization members coming from? I thought Sora defeated them in Castle Oblivion?
And two moments that were given away in my opinion:
- The moment when Ventus was saved. Aqua: "Good morning Ven." ...really? Is that how you greet a friend after so many years?
- The meeting between Ventus ans Roxas was.. very strange. Not even a comment?
I guess you don't understand the series since you're calling xigbar the main bad person and don't understand the connection between him and the first union leaders.(SPOILERS FOR THE END OF THE GAME)
The dialogue for KHIII just felt so unnatural and just bad. I guess it was always like that, but I expected something at least good or decent from a game that took around 6 years to make (It was announced in 2013). It felt so bizarre hearing these awkward conversations come from Disney characters with talented voice actors and actresses who did have good dialogue in their movies. And the whole thing about Xigbar being the "true" main bad and having him have ties with the Foretellers felt like a huge ass-pull to me. The secret epilogue was pretty good though. That's kinda all I have to say.
For the dialogue part: Yes, the writing was always this bad. I never noticed either. The awkward pauses between conversations and interactions between characters seemed so unnatural to me, making the characters far less believable. Sadly, that is. I like the series a lot, even after playing the third entry.(SPOILERS FOR THE END OF THE GAME)

What do you think? Was KH III worth the wait storywise? Or was it disappointing? Vote and tell.
That's true, of course.Hey, some people thinks it is awesome story. Maybe it is not for you. Everyone have a different taste of this game. You can't except every sequels to are great. Some are great and some are disappointed. You gotta except that anyway.
Same for me, I am fan of Zelda. Some Zelda games are disappointed but I still played them and I still appreciated them anyway. So I am "TRUE" fan. No complaint. I just want more sequels no matter what if some are great and some are disappointed. No biggie deal. I am enjoying every sequels anyway!
That's true, of course.
But the gap between the last main title of this series made peoples expectations really, really high. So I understand why people could be disappointed. But of course it's even better when they are satisfied. Loved the game myself, even with it's downsides it's still a very good game.
Yeah i can agree with you on that. I'm a super die hard kingdom hearts fan who is really deep in to the story and i replayed KH2 like a thousand times or Birth by sleep, dream drop distance and so forth multiple times but i can't get myself to play KH3 a couple of times despite it not being bad. That's true, of course.
