nds-bootstrap loader: Run commercial NDS backups from an SD Card

nds-bootstrap:

Thanks to the work of ahezard, Gericom, Apache, Robz8, _catcatcat, and shutterbug2000 and other contributors, we can now load NDS games from the SD card, without any flashcard/SLOT-1 card.

Don't expect high compatibility, but do expect many, many updates.

Thanks to everybody who take parts in this achievement, great step (like Nintendont)
We can confirm,
- Civilization Revolution DS (US & EU) works great (3DS/SD) with donor (MKDS) - but freezes at DS Wireless Communications.
Our experience is that,
- DSi games work great in local multiplayer - but DS games have issue in wireless communications.
Thanks for your great work.

From net: Civilization Revolution DS is multiplayer game of Civilization series for portable platform. It brings the Civilization Dos experience even closer but with massive multiplayer support. This is not full Civilization experience but changed to make it compatible for people who don't know the Civilization series. The sequel, Civilization Revolution 2 for mobile doesn't have multiplayer support but focus on single-player.

Essentially, as soon as they get the DS wireless communication feature to work in nds-bootstrap, that feature should work.
- yes, we can't wait the multiplayer support of Civilization Revolution on 3DS & Earth with the kids -
- we'll convert together planet Earth to playground for children & animals -
- we'll upgrade the outdated system to Digital Democracy with Universal Basic Income, Transparent Society, United Earth Army & so forth -
- however, these new features are not implemented yet in the Civilization game -

It red-screens w some texttype thing. Would this not work better w a bigger game than MK as donor? Why is even MK the preferred option?

It's working, but only on NO$GBA. It's a false alarm.

NO$GBA doesn't have accurate hardware emulation.

MK is preferred, because it uses a variant of SDK version 2 that's close to 3.
