And i read about opening the actual nintendo eshop and games showing as installed and being able to officially update, could someone please help and explain all this?

They are two different apps that do the same thing, install games to the SD card. They will not affect your previously installed games. They will not interfere with each other. Read my reply in the freeshop thread to your last question.

I use CIAngel, but I helped write it, so of course I'm kinda biased.

One more thing, in free shop it shows as DLC available to download for certain games? do i just click the download image and they install? i know that sounds basic but i was just asking incase there is something i shouldn't do to damage my setup?

You'll want to ask in the FreeShop thread. Far as I know you won't damage anything.

I went with CIAngel since the start and after all the freeshop story I'm happy I went with this one. I think it is great as it is, even if things can always improve.

Hi, i need help. Whenever i press a game to download, its says ticket installed and nothing else. Usually it would download the CIA nd would show me how long and how much is done but it only says ticket installed. Can anyone help me?

Make sure that at the bottom of the top screen "Mode" is set to "Install CIA". If not, press L until it shows up.
Probably yours is set to "Create ticket"

It createsa .tik file (i'm not sure if it installs it too) which install the ticket for that game, and with the ticket installed you are able to download the game through the eShop

When I download super robot wars UX, SRW BX, or Project X Zone 2 it downloads but when i go to the home screen nothing is there. How do i fix this?

If you just downloaded them, they are inside the CIAngel folder. You have to install them for them to show up on your home menu.

I meant to say install, the same thing still happens, i go to the "install cia region" section, search for "UX" (because most of the srw title is in japanese) scroll down to the right game, i hit install, it says "loading __ out of 49", it finishes, i got to the home menu and it isn't there.

And what exactly is the type listed as? Because my guess is you're either downloading an update, or DLC, considering the game does not exist in the titlekey database

Ahhh ok, just checked all 3 games and the "games" were all dlc. Thank you for the help, but still disappointing that I can't play them :o/

You can always import them unless they're eShop only games. Also you could look for them on iso/chaos or other similar sites if you're into that.
