I have Haxchii installed on my Wii U and a lot of free space on my 64GB SD Card, sadly I only have a 16gb pendrive which I use for vWii games, and my internal drive is almost full... So is there anyway to install the games on the SD Card?
Thank you

You can use loadiine, but some issue with some game (long loading time)

I suggest using Loadiine for offline games and Haxchi for the rest, since Loadiine has no online support.
Hopefully with IOSU online support will be added to Loadiine eventually.

Hmm that sounds good! Do you know how can I convert games that I downloaded using Wii U USB Helper to loadiine gx2 format?

You can decrypt/extract them using CDecrypt, I haven't used it myself so I can't be of much help beyond that.
To use CDecrypt (decrypt content), open command line and type
CDecrypt.exe title.tmd title.tik ckey.bin
ckey.bin = wii u common key (0xE0 to 0xEF in your wii u OTP)
