Okay, So i Have a R4 SDHC Card.. Well Two Actually And Everytime I Try a Firmware I Get a Loading Screen!

I Have Attached a Image Of The Exact Card I Have Down Below. If Someome Could Help Me It Would Be a Great Help !

Okay, So Ive Noticed My R4 Says ' SD HC ' My SD Card Is On a ' SD ' Card 2GB.. Will This Be My Problem? Will I Need a SDHC Card For It To Work?

Also we can't tell if your card is genuine unless you post pictures of it here.

and i presume i transfer all downloaded files onto my sd card?

Just tried them files and still nothing still just a loading screen My card says ' R4 SDHC ' on the front i have another card which just says ' R4 Upgrade ' that one works fine, just his SDHC one will not work :/

Ok, just as @lucks said, use RGF'S multi cart menu. Download the multi cart menu and extract it.
Open the GEi/R4i folder and follow the following instructions:

Spoiler: GEi/R4i

This folder is specifically for the following carts from :
Galaxy Eagle : www.ndsi.in
R4/i Ultra : www.r4ultra.com

PRIMARY Kernel :
Extract these files from GEi_R4i YSMenu folder and copy to root of your µSD :

Games folder
YSMenu folder
_DS_MENU.DAT
_MENU_.nds
TTMenu.dat

DUAL BOOTING :
Download the latest Kernel from your carts website and extract to root of your µSD.
Extract these files from GEi_R4i YSMenu folder and copy to root of your µSD :

_SYSTEM_ folder
Games folder
YSMenu folder
TTMenu.dat
YSMenu.nds

Boot your carts Kernel, then load YSMenu.nds.

I bought two brand new 2GB SD cards ive tried them both still showing loading..

Use at least a Class 4 microSD with RGF's multi cart menu or with any other kernel for best performance

ive tried the sd cards in another r4 card and they work fine

Kernels differ from each other in terms of requirements. RGF's multi cart menu requires that you use an SD card which is CLASS 4 or higher or else it won't start.

Okay, So i used the GEI/R4 Menu and it booted up, however.. when i added my games folder then tried loading it up it just came up with the loading screen again!?
