    Now that ToTK is leaked, time to get off the internet until my copy arrives and I finish the game

    Spent 19 hours so far on Scarlet and honestly, I love it. While I am only about 20% done with the game (could probably be faster if I just straight up decided to use fast-travel), this is probably my second favorite game in the series, with the Gen 5 games being my overall favorite.

    Oh that's one thing that initially annoyed me at first. Buildings in towns and cities do have doors on them but you'll only be able to enter ones that have a rug/carpet on the doorstep. These are mostly just shops and to be honest, only the sandwich shops have an actual interior as most shops just give you a shop UI upon entering.

    Gym challenges now also happen mostly outdoors, with actual gym buildings themselves just serving as something like a reception area. Battles with the gym leader happens on a court that's part of the city/town.

    It's certainly one thing that I miss from older games but I don't really hate S&V for not including them. I just hope that going forward, future games can still find time to add them back in.

    For some weird reason here, it is way cheaper to get a Mayflash F500 Elite than it is to get a Mayflash F500. I think I'll order one as a present tomorrow

    @SkittleDash yup, they've been released as of last week. There was even a Neco Arc only tournament that happened a few days ago for PC and PS4 where ethernet was optional lmao, it was chaotic

    I think most of my enjoyment out of it is strengthened by the fact that I play it on my Switch and I can bring it with me to bed. I do tend to enjoy games I can bring with me wherever I go compared to others.

    Fair enough; it's not downright awful, it's just not the type of game I personally like. I do hope Nintendo decides to port over TWW HD and TP HD soon, so I've got more Legend of Zelda greatness on my Switch - games that I actually find enjoyment and fun in.
