It'd be awesome to have a homebrew System Updater that downloads the CIA files straight on the console from the Ninty servers (similar to the official one), but isn't butthurt about a custom HOME Menu.
Oh, and if it detects a custom HOME Menu, it'd be great if it skipped overwriting it.

sysUpdater on steroids I guess. Adding functionality to download from NUS and check the hashes too. It's not a bad idea of a homebrew.
