Hacking 3DS sysnand 9.2 RaiNand with emunand 9.2 -how can upgrade emunand ?

I just successfull downgrade My New 3DS from 10.3.0.-7E to 9,20-20E and installed RaiNand.
Everything works fine.I just also installed few games *.cia.
Now I want to play online but many games ask me to upgrade system.
Can I upgrade system from rainNand emunand 9.2.0-20E to latest or to what kind of version ? and How to upgrade ?

You can update your Emunand by going to system settings and system update. Make sure you are on Emunand though!

BTW: To run RaiNand i must push L button when I push Power ON. Is there any option or how to change booting to start raiNand without push L button ?
I want default RainNand to start automaticly and sysnand to boot with L ...?

Yes, just change the config settings in menu hax to type2.

If you already have menu hax installed, no.
