That is at least a few hours slow. The post above you has it right. Before asking please check on this one http://www.nintendo.com/3ds/system-update
no. some installed module is old or Did you uninstalled some system application or modules?
https://yls8.mtheall.com/ninupdates/reports.php
There's no update, logged into the eShop fine.
I just been through the process of downgrade to 2.1.0, get OTP, restore to 9.2.0 and get my 10.7 EmuNAND on SysNAND. Should have a module stayed behind?
Install AuReiNand custom firmware, then boot into sysnand and update it! Do not update without AuReiNand Custom Firmware. it will break your a9lh.
official thread for AuReiNand

....really weird!Weird, from the system menu says it is updated.
did you install the ds whitelist to play an older flash cart?
just run the updates that prompt and see if they go away afterward.
I was on aureinand 10.7 when i got the message for the update and after i did update, nothing changed,a9lh worked fine, and it still said sys 10.7 etc etc. Sorry if i got the wrong end of the stick
I click update, it starts "updating", says that there is no new update and returns to the home menu. If I try to go with that app again to the internet or update it, same thing...
Grab this https://gbatemp.net/threads/potenti...after-downgrading.410075/page-10#post-6006406
run it and dump the log.
copy and paste the log on here.
use a decent text editor to copy the text from, not notepad.
