My console tells me I need to update to go to the eShop. Was just launched a system update?
no. some installed module is old or Did you uninstalled some system application or modules?
Before asking please check on this one http://www.nintendo.com/3ds/system-update
That is at least a few hours slow. The post above you has it right.
I just been through the process of downgrade to 2.1.0, get OTP, restore to 9.2.0 and get my 10.7 EmuNAND on SysNAND. Could have a module stayed behind?
There's no update, logged into the eShop fine.
What region is your console?
Install AuReiNand custom firmware, then boot into sysnand and update it! Do not update without AuReiNand Custom Firmware. it will break your a9lh.
official thread for AuReiNand
Weird, from the system menu says it is updated.
did you install the ds whitelist to play an older flash cart?
I didn't. I did notice that not all applications trigger this as well. Updating The Binding of Isaac asks for an update, but updating Smash Bros doesn't. eShop did at first but no longer. I tried to update and it tries but then says it is already updated.
just run the updates that prompt and see if they go away afterward.
I was on aureinand 10.7 when i got the message for the update and after i did update, nothing changed,a9lh worked fine, and it still said sys 10.7 etc etc. Sorry if i got the wrong end of the stick
There is no new update, at least in EUR. Logged on to eshop fine on my legit N3DS.
Maybe your browser stays outdated
No new update there..... spoofing latest eshop with N3DS 9.0 CFW
I click update, it starts "updating", says that there is no new update and returns to the home menu. If I try to go with that app again to the internet or update it, same thing...

run it and dump the log.
copy and paste the log on here.
use a decent text editor to copy the text from, not notepad.
Where should check.log been created?
