Could you please add enable/disable signature check option like cakesFW? This can be useful to check installed System CIAs or games CIAs are legit or not.

I have a problem,i can not get into the second emunand when i power on with R+B in updated sysnand mode,every time i just get into the first emunand;but if i use cakesfw i can get into the second emunand.

my system:o3ds+a9lh+10.7J(sysnand)+9.2J(first emunand)+10.7J(second emunand)+aureinand(V3.11)+updatedsysnandmode

(Figured out how to set the keys, needed playloads folder inside aurei, and the cool thing is i can rename the bins to anythnig i want and they boot! amazing job. dev)

im trying the test build i see this upon boot : Press A to select , Start to save reboot.

i can choose to tick 3 options , and lets say i just want to use emuNAND normally and be able to run NTR firm at times.

which of the 3 do i have to tick? Updated SysNAND mode/Use pre-patched FIRMs/Force A9LH detection !?

do i have to tick only PrePatched Firms?

Dude! The config menu is so freaking awesome! I mean, it is a little addition, but this will make it so noob-friendly! I mean, being able to set a configuration as opposed to creating the blank files will clear up so much confusion for some people. This is just so damned cool @Aurora Wright! Like seriously, this is really really cool! I can confirm the test build is working on both my N3DSXL and O3DS just fine~! Can't wait to see what else will come of this config menu... Man, I can just see it now, like really guys, this is some cool shit.

Someone bricked because they attempted to upgrade using a Stage2 from a different fork. If you want to switch forks using safea9lhinstaller, you need to do a full reinstall AFAIK. You can only upgrade using stage2s from the same fork.

Then I can use the stage 1 and stage 2 that Supster posted right? Can I use the secret_sector.bin, firm1.bin, and firm0.bin from Plailect guide? Do I need to use my otp.bin again? I have a9lh installed. Sorry for these noob questions.

I've been working on a cool new thing (Supster ruined the surprise)
I've tested it a bit and everything seems to work as expected, but I want to be sure.

Basically, no more flags. There's a configuration menu which can be called by holding SELECT on boot. It appears automatically the first time you boot the new version, there you can toggle the options that were "flags" previously. You can remove the "lastbootcfg" file as that is now bundled in the new "config.bin" (which holds the configuration too). Then, AuReiNand now actually prints error messages before shutting down (I hope we'll have less noobs XD), I moved the emunand.bin and reboot.bin to a "patches" folder (which seems more logical), I hopefully made the FIRM patching slightly faster (only applies if you don't use pre-patched FIRMs) by removing two memory searches, and finally AuReiNand will auto-delete the pre-patched FIRMs when you switch to/from(?) A9LH or, in the future, new patches are added.

You need to put the default.bin file in \aurei\payloads

Aurora Wright, I have installed your No init A9LH fork and used ARN. I have not been able to recreate this (the splashes with no screen init and ARN 3.11):

I guess this overwrote my A9LH install with Aurora's fork then. It is working perfectly. I wasn't having issues with flickering before, so I can't really account for that, but the no-SD shutdown is working as expected, so I guess everything flashed just fine. My splashes are still showing too, so all my answers I got myself I guess, haha!

NOTE: he used Dark Samus's no screen init updated before this and he currently used ARN 3.11 with the payloads from your no screen init fork I compiled and sent to him.

Due to this, I personally won't ever do a payload 2 update alone, unless more checks are put in place. But it's not like doing a full install is hard now.

most of the reason is for legit cia (system titles) not for gamas so I would like to have both mode for the safe reason.

Then don't install non-legit CIA's. There are more options to install Legit CIA's besides CFW
