Hacking Luma3DS - Noob-proof 3DS Custom Firmware

I installed AuReiNAND yesterday on my launch O3DS. Planning on doing the same with my white compact N3DS. Your cfw is great, I love having access to all my backed up games right on my 3DS. The main thing I'm excited about is having access to JP Pokemon Green and Pokemon Trading Card Game GB 2; I would have loved to pay money for them, but thanks to region locking, Nintendo won't sell them to me.

I don't know why anyone would want to buy a flashcart now. CFW is great!

I get an error though. I downloaded the pre-compiled armpits.exe and pasted in C:\Program Files\armips\armips.exe and I added "C:\Program Files\armips\armips.exe" to my PATH. I get this error:
