Hacking What is Title ID 0x0004000100030800?

On an old 3ds that was on 9.0.0-20U. I am going to attempt to do the arm9loaderhax so did update to 9.2.0-20U. Before updating and after updating I used downgrade checker 1.9 and both times it showed that the title ID was an extra title. Tried checking 3dbrew and yellow8 site but got no where.

Just wanted to make sure I have a complete 9.2.0-20U before proceeding to downgrade to 2.1 and dump the OTP.

Did you perhaps install FBI, BBM, or anything else to your sysNAND?

It's from mario kart 7 according to 3dsdb. That would explain the weird extra title I sometimes find when running downgrade checker.

edit LOL, I was able to launch that title from CTR-NAND with FBI. Yep, it's MK7 download play.
It just shows "Please Wait..." then shows an in game communication error after about a minute. lol

out of curiosity, I extracted the DLP child cia from a MK7 cia, installed it on another system, then tried to do local multiplayer. Download Play didn't download and install it again.

I wonder if I would be able to rebuild this kind of cia and have it work with a normal game on another system... that would be a strange rom hack I guess
