If that's the case, you're out of luck to downgrade or use any cfw for the time being, so if you truly think you are bricked, boot into recovery mode by holding A+R+L+Up(DPad).

I deleted all the homebrew files from my SD card. And it works normally.

If you already have a CFW installed, you won't need to wait that long. It sounds like entry points were the main focus of this update, rather than breaking CFWs altogether. In the next few days, everything should be back to normal (or, depending on your CFW, you're good to go already. Check the first post for a list of currently working CFWs).

People said that with 9.3 as well...although I know as of late, people have been able to dig further into the system and find heaps more exploits than previously...

NTR is partially working again for N3DS USA 10.4 (I say partially because EUR and JPN aren't updated yet). EUR and (maybe Japan) to follow. If you want it to work sooner, and on O3DS, please visit the NTR 3.2 thread in the Flashcart section and help us out with a result.txt dump from your home menu (see the last few posts).

If it worked on before (likely with the help of bluecardfix or flashcardtimewarp), it will work on 10.4 but DS flashcarts only work in sysnand. *Do not update your sysnand*

Strange my R4i card launches perfectly fine on emunand.
I guess I'll have to backup and test it for myself

New update Works perfectly on NEW 3DS XL Reinand 3.1. as has been said, it shows the actual version without the "Rei". But everything else works flawlessly, eshop, games, etc.

It does? I always heard that DS flashcarts didn't work in emunand, just due to the way emunand runs. Interesting!

For rxTools they work on emuNAND. At least my DSTwo (the old) works perfectly.
