ill ask here once more, since I dont really have a hax nor a 3DS at the moment I was wondering if its possible to launch browserhax on lower firmwares in case a new update comes along? Thanks.

It will never be 100% safe, even with the 3ds system updater. With julian20's sysupdater, the worst case would be a softbrick and it's easily recoverable anyway...

There have been at least two reported cases so far (https://www.reddit.com/r/3dshacks/comments/3zou30/possible_hard_brick_o3ds_103_latest_sysupdater/) of people experiencing an odd brick-like state where they can't boot into regular firmware or HBL and recovery outright doesn't work, leaving them with what seems to be a bricked console. This is with the new sysupdater so nope, not completely safe.

well i did not use lasted one because i did it before that one was released i just tuxhs one and it worked fine first try

Just set the tubehax dns and you will still be able to use the browser.

To use Menuhax you need another hax to install it if Im not wrong?

You can install Menuhax on the firmware you are currently on with Browserhax. Menuhax definitely works on 9.2.

downgrade to 9.2 no more browser nag can happen cfw you can do almost any thing you want its worth the risk and the risk is very small

Either they used a wrong update pack, or a unsafe version of sysupdater. Or they have the themehax error and they just have to take off the sd card to boot correctly...
Formating the 3ds before attempting to downgrade also greatly increase the success chances.

mine got stick on rebooting in 10 secs so i just turned it off and too the sd card out and it worked it does not install nay thing when it says that so it was bricked by corrupt files

sysupdater is known to be unsafe with n3dses....
Also, you haven't formated your console, that's the problem. (don't ask why...)

Contrary to what a lot of people are saying, there's no rush to downgrade. The 3DS can't be force updated so even when a patch comes out for the downgrade exploit, you'll be fine as long as you don't update.
