Perharps changing your "boot.3dsx" Homebrew Launcher file for Smealum's latest released can works!

When I boot FCEUMM3DS it goes to a screen saying initializing and it stays like that forever. I have left it for over a hour and it still says initializing. I am using latest boot.3dsx on a 9.9 European 3ds using tubehax can anyone help me get it running please
