Yes, but, for example, 9.2.0-0 is not exploitable, while 9.2.0-20 is, because the first lacks the browser. All 4.X are exploitable because they have the MSET exploit. Anything below can be upgraded to 4.X using a cartridge, but NOT above 4.5, because cartridge don't install the browser.

You don't need an exploitable game on Old 3DS, only on N3DS. To update incrementally you can use a cartridge, but don't update past 4.5. If the firmware ends with -0 and is above 4.5, it's currently not exploitable.

You need 9.2.0-X or less (where X is not 0), and if you are below 4.0 you need a cartridge to update to 4.X.

Exemple : 7.2.0-15 is good but 7.2.0-0 isn't. 3.0.0-6 is good and 3.0.0-0 is good too (because it's below 4.5 but you need a cartridge to update). 4.5.0-0 is good but 5.0.0-0 isn't and 5.0.0-4 is. XD

Just create a text file in that folder and name it title.db...
Don't forget that in Windows you need to disable Hide extensions for known file types in Folder and search options.

Exactly.
Then go to Data Management and let it format the data. You'll lose everything you installed so far so you should backup your Nintendo 3DS folder first.

I should probably provide more details... I've already run Pasta once before and I also installed multipatcher using FBI while on Pasta and it went without a problem. Right now I put the .cia of the undub version of a game in there so I could install and play but after running Pasta and then FBI to install it, as soon as it completes, I get the error "Install Failed" and "Description Invalid Signature"...

I'm having a problem, when I run the Pasta setup on my sd card it says the server can't be found error 404
is there any way to get around this? Thanks
