i'm planning to buy a wii that costs only R$100 (about $20) and it actually works other than the extreme low price when seeing the console i remembered a site that shows the wii dvd drive, some technical info and region of the console and i saw that the drive is a D2 B and now im curios to see if the drive reads dvd-rs because if i search the drive name i only find replacements and nothing about it

Hardly matters, all games load from either SD card or from USB drives just fine.
i have lots of games on dvd-rs and when using flash drives it always will stop working at some point and absolute suck when this happens basically no wii until reformat flash drive

Should work. It is an older one. Nobody can guarantee it though.
Be warned: The Wii drives are old and not very good at reading burned media. Some drives are already defective. Expect disc read errors and accept the lower reading speed when not having a modchip

How much backup DVD loading impacts playability/fun depends on the game.

Funny enough Metroid Other M (very heavy usage of streaming audio and video), when burned to DVD+R DL with booktype set to DVD-ROM works almost as good as the legit disc. That means "loading" notes on bottom of the screen on room transitions appear not much more often and not much longer DVD+R DL. That said the game has no "loading" notes when playing from HDD/SSD/Flash Stick.

As fun as it is to use actual media (I love it), it will wear down the drive both for backups and originals. Sometimes I do it for nostalgia. Other than that → Replaceable flash drive.

Good luck and have fun!
