Hacking anything new in the gateway world in past 3 weeks?

I have a European New 3DS and Gateway 3DS and I was able to finally use it when my cubic ninja came out but I stopped keeping track with updates..so have there been any?

They said this last time, I bet if you reply back and ask about dsiwarez they will reply that they are working on that too. I guess it depends on they are prioritizing.

If you have 4.x or a copy of cubic ninja you can run dsi / gba and more

Realistically I am hoping that the next big release for the scene is 9.x mset for pasta. This would give gw users the ultimate experience being able to boot pasta with no cart and then boot gw mode through pasta with no cart swap

I was just referring to the dsi / gba games. I am suggesting use pasta and gw in tandem

People need to get over Gateway. The company is slowly dying, thanks in part to all the CFW coming out in the past couple of months. As CFW gets better and better, soon we'll be able to run CIAs straight off an SD card without installing.

You will always have to install cia files.... If there is ever a .3ds loader then you won't have to install anything

I disagree. Gateway still has a useful product. CFW (currently) can not boot CCI files (or 3DS files as people like to refer to them as). You need a flashcart to do that and the convenience of rom hacks and building a quick list of games you don't have to sit for hours installing via CIA is nice. Gateway just has to adapt. They should get rid of their DRM and promote their device as a Slot1 device for convenient rom loading. That's what they'll have to do. If not, they will lose to the competition. Which is free CFW right now.

If they can get GBA/DS games running off their red card, I can see them staying in business for a bit longer. CFW would have a hard time catching up to that.

Only GW + emuNAND 9.7 can play some e-shop 3DSwares using the latest encryption, which requires 9.6 or higher.
