Has anyone gotten this to work in conjunction with Gateway?
I booted into my sysnand 4.5.0-9U with Gateway Launcher.dat 3.2.1, and I can't even seem to launch ninjhax. CN freezes after the QR code is scanned.

Boot from CN or Sky in the game slot (you don't need to boot into GW at all)

I used Uedit on windows. You just create the file, and save it as 0-byte file

So should I put the file in Nintendo 3DS/id1/id2/dbs (FOLDERS NAMED ID1?) And there make a title.db file, then launch the CFW, go to the Software manager (Should I delete somehing?) and launch FBI to install BigBlueMenu?

How old are you. Maybe you should let your older brother do this?

I have to say, I bought a Gateway last month and I feel like I shot myself in the foot now since it'll all be free soon. Lol.

Hello Guys, I made a video where I start the "pasta CFW" using my 2DS with sysnand 9.2. It seems to work pretty well, tomorrow night or the next day I try to load a game

It's all explained after page 3 or so
Be sure to save the contents of your mSD card to your PC before you start (just in case)

Forgive me if this has already been answered, but this thread is so large and moving so quickly that it'll probably be faster to just ask. Is there a non-Cubic Ninja version, as in, a Browser Loader version being worked on? If so, what would it be called, Spider Version?

And yes, I'm on 9.2 XD

Lulz, because of your song playing in background, i had to use a workaround to watch it (youtube flagged this for some countries).

I installed a Mario Calculator DSiWare CIA that I dumped with FunkyCIA and installed it in Pasta CFW. It only shows up in the CFW, but all my CIA's show up when I boot my N3DS.

The thread's so large because people keep asking the same questions rather than looking for the answers that are already there.

And because of smartass comments like this one.

@Jayro, I don't see whats so special about the DS ML, its just a DS lite in a phat shell. At least the phat model had louder speakers, whereas the lite has a much better screen.

They probably said "Hey, why not we combine the two together and make a 'new' DS to sell".

It's a DS Lite in a slightly bigger DS Lite shell.

    It's not a Nintendo / iQue official product, it's a 3rd party custom.

Nothing special about it other than it's more comfortable than the Lite

@SylverReZ if you could find a v5 DS ML you would have the best of both worlds since the v5 units had the same backlight brightness levels as the DS Lite unlockable with flashme

A woman with no arms and no legs was sitting on a beach. A man comes along and the woman says, "I've never been hugged before." So the man feels bad and hugs her. She says "Well i've also never been kissed before." So he gives her a kiss on the cheek. She says "Well I've also never been fucked before." So the man picks her up, and throws her in the ocean and says "Now you're fucked."

anyways, we need to re-normalize physical media

if i didn't want my games to be permanent, then i'd rent them

Agreed, that why I try to buy all my games on disc, Xbox anyways. Switch games (which I pirate tbh) don't matter much, I stay offline 24/7 anyways.
  • AncientBoi @ AncientBoi:
    I don't pirate them, I Use Them :mellow:. Like I do @BigOnYa 's couch :tpi::evil::rofl2:

@BakerMan - you can still "own" digital media, arguably easier and better than physical since you can make copies and backups, as much as you like.

    The issue is DRM
  • cearp @ cearp:
You can buy drm free games / music / ebooks, and if you keep backups of your data (like documents and family photos etc), then you shouldn't lose the game. but with a disk, your toddler could put it in the toaster and there goes your $60

    :rofl2:
  • cearp @ cearp:
still, I agree physical media is nice to have. just pointing out the issue is drm
  • rqkaiju2 @ rqkaiju2:
i like physical media because it actually feels like you own it. thats why i plan on burning music to cds
