ROM Hack [Release] Yet Another Theme Application (YATA)

I get an exception when I try to load the Peach or Rosalina themes.

Also, why do I get an error trying to import my .png images? I get an error saying that they're not a power of 2, but what isn't a power of 2? Colors? Resolution? Also, I thought that they had to be 412x240 or 1008x240 resolution.

those resolutions are viewable pixels.. they are supposed to be 1024x256 / 512x256

My top screen image seems to get shifted over slightly to the left, causing there to be a blank space on the right. Also seems to corrupt the theme every so often, so I can't open it back up again in YATA, and it seems to also screw up the folder and border icons. I can open it back up in EFE, and see that they have been messed up. Other than that, it seems to work fine most of the time, and it may just be an issue on my end. I can't wait to see what else you can do with this program.

EDIT: It seems that the issue only occurs when I disable both the cursor color and SFX at the same time. When I disable one or the other, it's just fine.

for image shift, check what i said above,as for the rest, ill double check over the code but the way it works is if its disabled, it doesnt write that field.As it should work.

why do i get two files whenever i try to save???
they are BODY_LZ.BIN and DEC_LZ.BIN im guessing one is my decrypted theme
and the other is the end result but neither file does anything on my 3ds xl
CHMM doesnt seem to recognise them also all my custom sounds have been stripped from the body_lz file??

uhh, the program should delete the decompressed one and write over body_LZ.bin. try using save as instead and see if that works

have also tried your latest precompiled version and one i compiled myself from before your latest
commits (compiled using vs express 2013 for desktop) latest devkitpro installed and libctru etc

only theme ive tried is my own FFVII menu theme if that helps

well body_lz should be the one you want.. i'll try to fix the same naming convention later today when im home. Maybe theres something else you edited that caused it to bork?

only thing i changed in the file was the top screen pic as for some reason when i opened the file it showed part of the old sonic theme underlayed on it

wat? that shouldnt happen, lol.. both save features build themes without touching the original file, and importing an image doesnt touch that data either.. just in case though, you are using the correct dimensions? (as mentioned above)

I found a bug in the last compiled version of YATA
If you change the color on "Bottom Btns", when you save, and enter again on Settings, the "Bottom Btns" and "Close Button" have the same color.
And "Scroll (Slow)" Don't work.

I dont know the structure for that very well but thats what the extract CWAVs does.. dumps the whole chunk and you can modify that..

ther's a way to open an official theme? I can only find .cia with them in packs, not in .bin like the custom ones ...
(sorry I'm very lost with this e3e)

you'd have to dump the theme cache..these bins are used to replace theme cache or to build CIA

Also updated compiled program.. color editing should work now! ..hacky but working, lol
