Return policies are generally good for a month as long as you still have the receipt.

Are you dead set on getting the Wii U tomorrow? If you really want one, you'd probably be better off waiting. By the end of the year, either the price will drop again or Nintendo will offer another, snazzier model, and by then there'll be some more to play.

Ive been waiting to get one since launch and Nintendos already slashed the price by $50 and include a game. If Nintendo does another price cut theyed be selling at an even bigger loss than they already are.

1) Production costs go down with time.
2) Nintendo would rather sell at a loss than not at all.

If you've waited this long, I don't see the harm in waiting a little longer. At least wait until Mario Kart - I guarantee you there will be some new bundles and deals to go along with it.

Then again, he's getting the Mario bundle, which has two games with it, and for (I think it was) $349.99, he's managing to squeeze a free game in there. It's not too bad of a deal, plus since it's a Wii U deluxe, he'll have access to the Deluxe Digital Promotion as well, which finishes in December if memory serves.

Nintendo in the past released newer versions of the Wii except they didn't have NGC compatibility any more, so having my Wii U compatible with Wii games is a huge advantage.

If only they produced a better controller than the Pro Controller... >_>
