This thread doesn't gets updated anymore.

This is a overview of available homebrew for HENKaku (VPK files) and related programs for your PC including links to them.
Please submit homebrew if I haven't listed it here or you have a newer version.

Better Amphetamin Plugin (Plugin based on uo_amphetamin by Rinnegatamante with additional features)
GoHAN 2.0 (Savegame editor in chinese language, yes that's the right category. It runs on your Vita. Why else should I include a chinese-language-only program to this list?)
Game Shrinker (Used for saving memorycard space. Game Shrinker automatically searches for manuals, language (text, audio, images) and video files in the game directories and offers you the possibility to shrink them to 0 byte)
rinCheat (A multifunction plugin for Vita for more information look here)
uo_amphetamin (Used to set custom frequency for CPU, Bus and GPU in dumped games. It's the definite version of amphetamin if you don't want much clutter)
vita-savemgr (A easy to use savegame backup/restore tool on your Vita. If you need instructions see here)

2.3 Privacy/Vita-freeing
AccountSwitcher (Program to swap PSN accounts on a single SD card, allows multiple accounts on one memorycard (alway only one active))
memcardswap (Allows to put memorycards in Vitas/PSTVs with other accounts than used for the memorycard without formating, everything it does is deleteing ux0:/id.dat)
History Deleter (Deletes the Vita game and error history, not only for paranoid people :) restart the Vita directly after executing this)

SafeDump (Enables safe mode for all vpks in a folder. Also known as -s flag, 0x80 safe mode or that-kind-of-vpks-that-don't-have-this-annoying-neg-in-VitaShell)
Vitamin (The first published tool that allowes to dump Vita games. I recommand to use maidump nowdays)

Settings+ (Add setting options to your already installed settings program, thanks to Voxel for pointing out)
QuickInstaller (A nice tool if you want to fast install a bunch of vpks at once. Useful e.g. for RetroArch releases)
vita-fix-permissions (This little tool adds(!) rw permissions for owner and group to all files (including folders) in ux0:data- This includes the once which are in subfolders and sub-subfolders and so on. More about how this permissons work here)
ONElua (Another Lua interpreter. It has a great documentation and supports both Vita and PSP. Used for writing Vita programs)
LuaIRC (A small featureless (to a almost broken point) IRC client from Rinnegatamante. Made without any efforts in the try to win the GekiHEN Contest without much work. We know you can do better Rin, we saw it often before ;))
VPK Mirror Direct Installer (A program that allows to download from vpkmirror.com directly on your Vita)

VitaTester (A simple homebrew for testing the input data on the PSVita. Mostly used to try if your Vita is functional and to try out the API, source code)
Vita Button Test (yet another Vita hardware test program, mostly used by programmers to get used to the new system (libs))

Is fine, i just wanna know when a working ftp will be available when i don't have to use filezilla to access but can use anything with ftp support, and psp whitelist so i can play castlevania dracula x.
