Try Echochrome or Ape Quest.
Is anybody here able to compile molecularShell?
I'm having some serious trouble getting the sdk+required libraries working :/
I'd like to be able to write to vs0, but this is a serious roadblock.
Having a quick look through the code, it looks like I'd have to make a modification somewhere between line 1269 and 1309 in main.c
I could be completely wrong here as I am still pretty new to C so any help at all would be greatly appreciated
Where's my themes dear ?
This came from my zenfone GO using fuckstaka
Yep ape quest works fine. Did it earlier.
You won't be able to write to vs0: anyway. That partition is write-protected by the system in normal instances. The only time you would be able to write to vs0: is with a modified update, however that's not happening anytime soon after the PS3 mishap!
(Or wait until full system control exploits...)
Also, you don't make any changes to main.c. You only make additions in file.c, and that's where it lists all of the partitions it currently officially supports.
Oh, I thought henkaku would get around that, as yifanlu's post on his site stated that henkaku 'disables the filesystem sandbox'
I figured he meant the full filesystem, I suppose I was wrong :/
Didn't find it for free in the US store!! Should I switch to EU store ?
US store has the Echochrome Demo for free. I'm not sure if you can download it direct to the Vita, but I'm able to transfer it to Vita a PS3.
Ape Quest should be on the UK store.
Can I use PS4 rather than PS3 ??
Can someone confirm if I could download Ape Quest directly from the PS vita UK store !!
Well not much you can do if it is mounted that way.
If it's anythinf like an unix system it would require a remount.
Okay, this time I have taken the liberty to modify the Molecular Shell and let users roam freely in every single partition on the Vita from within the shell!
However the same write protection principles still apply to these said partitions, so it won't enable anything special as such...
Also, there was a problem with compiling the package installation functions so there's no package installation in this build, unfortunately.
For this reason, I have also changed the title ID so it does not conflict with the existing Molecular Shell installation for users.
The following partitions have write access:
Any partition not listed above will only have read access.
Once again, enjoy!
Does this mean it creates a completly new bubble?
Thanks for that
Yeah, first post with my avatar.
Yes, and it will have a different name on the LiveArea screen. ("molecularShellHigherPrivelages", even though it doesn't give any higher privelages lol)
Look for the Locoroco midnight carnival demo in the us store
Looks like you just made account swapping awfully straightforward. Much appreciated!
Has anyone heard if there a any plans for a RSS feed for updates from https://henkaku.xyz/showcase/ (yes I can't get enough from you, Yifan ) or even http://haxxey.com/vpkmirror/?
The best thing about it is that you could even store an entire folder of act.dats and edited registry files all inside your Vita for whenever you need to swap them quickly and effortlessly!
