Description
AntiBlacklist is an homebrew-tool for PSTV that will remove the blacklist for games and apps inserted by Sony allowing you to play any game you want on your console.
Differently to the other tools, AntiBlacklist support both v1 and v2 patches and is also capable to remove v2 patch (if you want to update a game blocked by it and then re-enable it.

Credits
- xyzz for his vfs implementation for sqlite.
- All the people on #vitasdk that helped me to figure out what was wrong in SceSqlite.

@Rinnegatamante Is there any way to patch PSP games in app.db? I used your v2 patch in hopes of being able to run Tactics Ogre and FFT on my EU PSTV. I really appreciate the permanent PSV games whitelist though, this is awesome!

The v1 patch should be able to patch PSP games too (but it's not permanent).

I used this to apply V2 patch and now my PSN bubbles are all gone. Is that normal? Can I get them back?
It isn't. No idea what went wrong. If works just fine for me. Your app.db may have been corrupted?

My PSP and PS1 games from PSN and the folders they were in disappeared.
The folder with Vita games is still there, and the patch worked because now I can play one that I couldn't before.
Not sure what I should do now.. maybe download the app.db and take a look?

Using the content manager to take a look at what's on my memory card it sometimes shows an error for some of the PS1 games when I look at the list.
Thinking that there could be some problem reading the memory card, I went through another cycle:
power down, remove card, power on, wait for refresh, power down, insert card, power on, wait for refresh

This time some of the bubbles show up, but not all of them. I didn't get any error message when it was refreshing the database but it was a little slow.
Is my memory card corrupted now? Or could it be something else?

Some am4 cpus would be enough to take advantage of that?
  • K3Nv3 @ K3Nv3:
    Or wouldn't
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
Oh the CPU can always always use faster RAM
  • K3Nv3 @ K3Nv3:
Depending on workload am4 will still be solid for a while
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
When the memory controller was built into the Northbridge chipset, some old mobos would support like DDR1 and DDR2 RAM at the same time sort of, like you could use either RAM but not at the same time I think?
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
I am running AM4 right now and feel zero need to upgrade
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
    Plenty fast enough lol
  • K3Nv3 @ K3Nv3:
Some games are required to have at least 16gb but that's like 3 titles?
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
If I was on some low end mobo and low end CPU and low end RAM... I probably would feel a lot of need lol
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
I have 32GB's and 16GB's of video RAM :P lol
  • K3Nv3 @ K3Nv3:
Every ten year gap is a pretty good rule of thumb
  • K3Nv3 @ K3Nv3:
My gpu has 12gb of video ram so really probably not worth it to upgrade
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
I just honestly wait for a game to come out that I can barely run at ugly settings, then I am all excited to crank up the settings on the new machine.
  • K3Nv3 @ K3Nv3:
People think they need 2160p ultra everything and I'm like no
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
1080P and upscaled on my TV to 4K seems nice enough lol
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
0r native 4K on old games lol
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
Arc 770 honestly has been really really good
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
Whoa I paid over 100 dollars less than this for mine lol
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
    The exact same model lol
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
    I think I paid 299 lol
  • K3Nv3 @ K3Nv3:
Yeah more people are just using tvs now days kinda funny
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
A nice 4K TV is like 300-400 bucks, a PC monitor for the same price kinda sucks and is like half the size...

  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
120hz+ is the only downside. Most those cheap 4k TVs are only 60hz.

Yeah to hit that price and 120Hz you gotta shop like Roku or Amazon Fire TV's
