So is the WODE the best way to hardmod a wii? Becuase if it is, is there a place I can buy it and instructions?

It's only good for...
GameCube from HDD and using Riivolution wth backups. Softmods are better for everything else.
Also note the WODE is VERY, VERY, VERY slow at booting a HDD and even getting the list of games.

Yes, A wode is slow as ass, but nothing is better than it. If you REALLY care about GC games or fixing 003 bricked wii's then it is the best way to go.
