Homebrew Win2DS Help

Hey guys, so I've downloaded the latest Win2ds

Problem is I can't get it to work :S. I was wondering if someone can give me a detailed proper step by step instead of random junk. :S It worked before but idk whats wrong (I had the previous versions, i've tried those and doesnt work as well. I must have forgot how to)

What are the steps you do? Why did you say they are correct?

Specify more to help you, maybe we can talk on the MVP's chat. I had have connected successfully this app on a variety of PC's and notebooks (laptops for newcomers), and I think I can help if you provide enough information.
