Everybody can download those 9gb files without the key. But you need the ticket to uncrypt it/install it. Either way, the game is supposed to be 13gb...

its still piracy. copying your owned games and loading them with a backup loader is still piracy.

How do you see that? Copying your own games and using them with a loader is the exact and only scenario that makes the loaders legal.

Its not legal everywhere, but some places it is. My point was more that its not piracy, legal or not, if you're using your owned games.

Yeah you will get a decrypt successful message but nothing will decrypt. You cannot do anything without the real tik
