Nice idea, though unfortunately my SD isn't big enough to store PS1 games anyway.
So I'll just stick to using my PC anyway.

same here, but i guess this is useful for people who don't have ps1 i guess.

Has absolutely everyone forgotten about the existence of PCs? PCSX should work perfectly on even old computers, so why does no-one want to use it?

The isos must be in a folder called "PSXISOS" in the root of the SD Card.

What's wrong with FCEU that makes it an "improper" NES emulator?

The release of v2.0 went by me unnoticed...Earlier versions lacked lots of features.

Wow...

I was never really a fan of the PS1. Crappy games, but this just shows that other home consoles can be implanted in another home system...The Wii right now is, what, a 9-in-1 Home System thanks to Homebrew...It amazes me.


It's funny how Nintendo say their all about, "Making us happy", but it is indeed the homebrewers that are making us happy, not them. They need to open their eyes and add these features in the next system. Of course only the systems that take disks.

I cannot wait till what time has to tell about the PS2 emulator, and that PSP emulator I would die for. Can't wait.

Just tried the version in putifreaks post on the last page.
Tried Castlevania SoTN, game boots but the controller doesn't work so I can't get past the "PRESS START" screen.

But it boots.. =)

Yup, since the Wiimote won't work that's the controller I used.

Exactly.
Might be a problem with SoTN... I don't have any other psx isos so I can't try if it works for other games.

Some games will be unplayable I guess because of the PSX controller. It has more buttons than the GC controller and classic controller. It has 2 L triggers, 2 R triggers, and the 2 analog stick can be pressed too to serve as buttons.

Thats right, I forgot about that, the L3, R3, buttons. Oh well. I'm sure they can figure out something a button combination or something.
