But I was more referring to the site admins suspending users for linking. (Tread lightly on gba temp) They seem to warn for the first time sometimes and then suspend/ban others.
It was more for the people that get so excited they post links to pirated software.
And since that is the one thing this thread is for figured maybe it should be in plain view that users should be careful with what they post as a suspension/ban would be the smallest thing that could come from getting caught.

Use nusgrabber or nusgrabber gui to download the update & install it like you did the game. I do this just incase ninty sneek a update while Iv disable tubehax.

Usually the download from NUSgrabber doens't come with title.tik

How did you download COD from nusgrabber? When I tried ghost it always say title not found or not on Nintendo server for me......
