Hardware wii u error does not open any application

hello friends i need your help my wii u presents an error every time i try to open some application it gives me an error and says that the applications of another region can not be opened anymore i do not know what to do because i can not open anything from the wii u upload a video to youtube presenting i error if they would be so kind to see my video with my name (wii u error 157-1104)

    Store near us has handheld scanners you pick up in front when you walk in, then scan items as you add to cart, then pay on the scanner w card. Not sure how they can tell if you scan everything tho, you use normal carts.

    Last time I went to White Castle burger place, they now have a touch screen you order your own food from then pay yourself, then after few mins your food appears at a window. Was cool just different.
