Hacking wii sports resort HELP for a newbie

Please can someone help a noobie like me i've been getting this game and it won't work. I've installed neogamma 6 and do what people have been saying about 002 error. But when i try to start the game it comes up RQGP.dol not found. I've noticed at the bottom it says IOS249 (rev 7) and i've read that you need rev 13. What i'm hoping for someone amazing out there can talk me through how to get this to work (with links to get the things you need) step by step (remember i'm new to this. I'm really sorry for bothering you people but we all had to start somewhere and a problem shared and all that. Many thanks in advance to you all. I'm on 3.2e if that helps
