Use "Wii Game Manager 1.5.0.2" to download your covers. And in the "Options" Tab, Checks "Recurse directories" and Click on "Covers" and select how covers you want to downloading "Full, Flat/Cover (2D), 3D cover, Disc cover or all of covers available for game. I am use games subfolders for my NTFS partition and select the path with a subdirectories load, rhis program download all (if available for title).

Download is here : http://rapidshare.com/files/413986892/Wii_...ger_1.5.0.2.rar

After you have downloaded all covers you want rename the directory to "boxcovers" and place on "SD:\wiiflow" if you use full covers on WiiFlow. The others is easy.

I think wiiflow write the wiiflow.ini on the root:\apps\wiiflow\wiiflow.ini
And the themes must be in root:\wiiflow\themes\
there you put the theme-folder + theme ini-file.......

Drop by the irc channel...and bring your ini with you.
Should be in the device:\apps\wiiflow\ folder.

There will be someone that can help you.

the FAT partition must be the first on the drive , if not , wiiflow won't see it and won't be able to read/write on it.
And i'm not really sure about compatibility for logical partitons
