1. You posted in the wrong forum
2. The shopping cart icons are posts from the trading forums, which you don't have access to. You need to be a confirmed member to have access to this feature. A confirmed member is someone with over 100 posts or that registered at least two years ago.
3. You shouldn't even be seeing the icons. I'll fix it...
