FIXED! Why have I got a warning?

Hey GBAtemp team

So, I've used the "Banned"-Avatar about a half year ago. @Minox removed it and gave me a warning that won't expire.
I haven't harmed anyone or did anything that is against the rules, so it seems a bit unfair to me that I've got this warning. Of course, it is no problem that the avatar has been removed, it just bugs me to have a warning even that I am a user that doesn't harm anyone.
I've contacted @shaunj66 in October, but he didn't replied to me. That's the reason why I've opened a thread for this.
Is there a way that the warning gets removed or expires anytime? If not, why? As I said, I didn't harmed anyone or did something that is against the rules.

Sorry for my non-perfect English btw, it is not my native language.

I hope someone wants to help me out or can explain why this ban exists even I haven't done something bad.

It was the Avatar that is also shown when a GBAtemp user is banned.

The warning you got half a year ago is one without an added warn level - while it remains in your warn log it's more of a very noticeable message rather than a warn.

I could remove it since I assume you've understand what we didn't want you to do by now, but leaving it wouldn't have any impact on your account standing either.

Honest, yes banned avatar is rude and annoying. It is disrespectful to be honest but you are forgiven.

I have a warning mark under my name, and it hasn't gone away. Been there for a long time too.
