Who has sent their DS in to get it repaired?

    Just curious how it has worked? I have a repair order processed to get my DS fixed (cracked hinge) gonna be a tough two weeks......they actually taking these things apart and fixing em or do you get a whole new unit?

    I didn't send mine in through the mail but I dropped it off at Nintendo. It was really quick... I just went in and 10 minutes later I was out again with a new DSL.

    I will be sending mine is as soon as the UPS Shipping label arrives. I was told on the phone by Nintendo customer service that I will be receiving a new unit once they receive mine.

    i send my japanese ds lite to nintendo germany and got a brand new european one.
    thats what i call customer support.

    They told me not to send styluses or chrargers so I was worried it wouldn't be new....hope I don't get some kinda refurb [​IMG]
