So I got my PS3 unbanned and was wondering what the best app is for hiding CFW from PSN. As far as I know, there are three apps for that.

1) PSNinja
2) PSN Patch
3) SEN Enabler

I have conflicting reports on what is the best. PS Ninja is the oldest and most basic one. PSN Patch is the one I see people using the most. SEN Enabler is as far as I can tell the most up-to-date of them but has too many options I’m not sure what they’re doing. If you enable SEN access with SEN Enabler, what does the app actually do? The other apps state specifically what they’re doing (wiping history, disabling syscalls etc.) How necessary are the other options when you enable SEN access? What does the “patch all” options do?

Another thing: I used CCAPI to change my idps and psid. The person I got those from said that I shouldn’t use CCAPI or else I’ll be banned, yet I couldn’t find any report/evidence about CCAPI having a higher risk of ban and actually used an unban guide that recommended CCAPI. How true is it that with CCAPI there is a higher risk of ban? That’s all.

in that case, there is no such thing as homebrew launcher for aroma
  • NinStar @ NinStar:
you have to launch your homebrews directly from the wii u menu
  • NinStar @ NinStar:
there is a plugin that display them on the wii u menu, pretty sure it is enabled by default

I don't have a wii u anymore to test it myself, but if homebrews are not visible on the wii u menu I think you can press L + R + minus to open the plugin menu, there should be an option called "homebrews on wii u menu" or something similar
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:
    nope
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:
