Hacking Where can I get the PSM Unity package installer outside of Wololo?

I'm on 3.15 and trying to install Rejuvenate. Following this guide I arrived at the point in which I wait for the email with the image I have to install (step 5).
The problem is, I've been waiting for this email for a few days now. I asked the Wololo guy about this, but he still haven't got the chance to solve the problem.
So now I'm wondering if I can "replace" Wololo with some other site in order to install Rejuvenate.
