Can they still log in, and just not do stuff? Do they get an error message? Ban appeal form?

Does a magic portal to hell open up and suck them inside?


I'd find out myself, but... meh. too much work.


What about IP bans? what happens if they try to view the site? Portal? Error? Redirect to "haha nice try" screen?
