how do i save my changes in account details

i feel like an idiot asking this but it automatically set "show year of birth" to public. I put in my real age and now i regret it. i try to un-check the box but there's no "save changes button" i cant see it anywhere someone PLEASE tell me how to change this asap. i dont want my age known online. I even press ctrl F and searched for save, there is no save button how

There should be a save button on the page:

It sticks to the bottom of your window as you scroll down, unsure how it looks on mobile. Can you confirm it's not there?

i scrolled all the way to the bottom to see but it wasnt there. Turns out you can only save your changes in the "privacy" tab and not "account details" I wouldve checked there first if not for the reason that you can PRESS the buttons to uncheck these boxes, but never save...
I went into privacy and updated my settings so now my bday is private, but my god, i had a heart attack. I was actually gonna delete my account and try again with a fake bday. I get forum websites are old but omg my poor heart. please if anyone can update this so theres a save button, or that you cant uncheck the boxes and put "to change these settings, go to privacy" or something

Odd. It could be a limitation of a new account, but that is a particularly odd limitation to have. This is the right place for the people who can make changes to see it at least, so it's good to have raised it.

i think I've had this bug, where the profile settings gets cut off. Can't remember what, if anything, I did to fix it. uBlock and Ghostery often break websites for me anyway so it's not exactly out of the ordinary...

You sure you're in the Privacy page and not in the Preferences page?

Very likely an issue with your particular browser or adblocker settings. Have you tried on another vanilla browser? Alternatively, you should be able to save the settings by hitting the return/enter key on your keyboard immediately after clicking on/changing an option tickbox/field.
