Hacking What are the SYMPTOMS of SEMI bricked and FULLY Bricked Wii?

I didn't said that i bricked my Wii but i just want to know
WHAT are the symptoms of a SEMI bricked and FULLY bricked Nintendo Wii?

I just want to expand my knowledge of Wii Hacking and to help others by reading this post to know if they SEMI or FULLY bricked their Wii consoles, or to know if there Console is even BRICKED...

A semi-brick is where you cannot enter the settings menu. A full brick is when you are missing or have a corrupt System Menu or boot1/boot2.

on a full brick you wont even get to the System Menu...!!
