Gaming Wasn't the update supposed to fix Ridge Racer?

I was just playing some Streetpass dual's and the game froze on me in-game in the middle of the race. Everything just froze and the music and SFX kept playing. I had to hard reset the 3DS to get back to the menu. I'm using 2.1.0-3U btw -- the update that supposedly fixes Ridge Racer.

Anyone else the same and how can I contact Nintendo about this?

The bug that was fixed is different, it occurs specifically on the menu when you're choosing your car or the race. I think your freeze is just a random freeze, it happens...
