Hacking Vwii on RedNAND - Is this supposed to happen?

I'm trying to use Wuphax to install the Homebrew Channel on the Vwii, it worked fine on the regular NAND but says the files are corrupted on the RedNAND, So do I have to use my regular NAND for Gamecube/Wii Backups? Does this happen to anyone else using RedNAND?

You can use wii VC (the installable wii games in wii u mode) in sigpatched sysnand

I'm not too interested in VCWii games, I'm feeling nostalgic and have some Gamecube games sitting waiting to be played Thanks though!

I'm using RedNAND just to be safe rather than just sig-patching my SysNAND, So there'd be no point personally unless I wanted to save 32GB on my SD card and run the risk of a brick without the chance of unbricking

safe for? No risk in sign patched sysNand (using it from 20d i think)
Of course you can't install sysCofingTool but it's complete
