How do I get to the UDPIH recovery menu from the minute menu? Right now, my console autoboots to the minute menu without showing the nintendo or wii u logo

How do I restore my saves after I dumped the MLC? The failing eMMC guide mentions merging files in the right order, and using wfs-extract, but it's not really too detailed
