save ingame, the save file is automatically updated one second after the last write to the SRAM. When exiting the game, the save file is also flushed.

EDIT: to those asking if we're still working on this, the answer is yes and no. We're working on porting another version of VBA-M with more features(https://github.com/visualboyadvance-m/visualboyadvance-m)

I'm really a noob when it comes to cheats, @jakibaki implemented the whole cheat system, but AFAIK it's gameshark(version 1, 2 and 3 are supported, although I don't know what's the difference)

no, this emulator doesn't support them. But the one we're currently porting does.

they are saved, if you close the emulator properly(by pressing X) and not just pressing the homebutton.

how can I update the VBA of retroarch with the new VBA ...I want.to use that cheats hehe.

Wanted to thank you for this emulator. I have been using it and it`s awesome. Just a doubt, the new one you are working on, is there any window of time of release? Just curious, because yes, I want to also be able to put in there the Gameboy and Game Boy Color games.
