V2 will only charge if console is turned on m92t?

I have picked up a faulty v2 from ebay that has a missing 1uf cap on m92t36 pin 6 vsvr tested the console with a charged battery at 50% and it works and will charge the battery but it will not detect the charge cable if switched off or drained past showing the charge symbol so won't turn on or charge if the battery is completely dead

i have some 1uf caps and some m92t36 to swap but could this be linked to bq24193 or p16usb?

All sorted now pin 6 had a bridge to pin 5 from the missing cap to the one above also replaced m92t36
